Our President
John Todd Sarkis
The president and sole stock holder of Sarkis Development Company. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (BS, Civil Engineering). Early in his career he held positions in Engineering, Acquisitions and Project Management. He has been self employed in real estate development since 1989.
John holds a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Real Estate Salesman’s License and unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License. He is also an FAA Certified Private Pilot. John has served his home town of West Newbury as a member of several boards and committees including two terms on the Planning Board, the Master Plan Committee and Workforce Housing Trust.
He is an active musician, yachtsman and woodworker, but most of all loves spending time with his family.
