Negotiated Hard Bid:
A common arrangement. We provide full construction, all labor and materials, to complete your building project, for a competitively bid fixed price based on prepared plans and a defined scope of work.
Construction Management:
On our clients’ behalf, we competitively procure and manage all subcontractors, administer all contracts, establish cost controls, and deliver a completed building. Our fee can be a fixed lump sum for services provided, a percentage of construction, or a combination of the two.
Design/Build:
One stop shopping – where we are involved in the project from its inception to support an owner’s design and decision making process by providing value engineering. We provide all services needed both the design and construction of your project. An integrated approach to the conceptual design, planning, estimating, permitting and construction yields best value, control and flexibility for our clients.
