Kirkshire House Condominiums Andover, MA
The Kirkshire House Condominium is an adaptive re-use of a mixed use property renovated and converted into a residential condominium of four luxury units.
Previously, the main building contained a roadside inn known in the 1930’s and 40’s as the Kirkshire House Tea Room. In later years it was used as a dentist office. Our team cleverly converted it to three units, a townhouse and two flats. The carriage house was converted to a three level free standing condominium with a most stylish master suite. We added the oversized saltbox garage.
Baypoint - Swampscott, MA
Baypointe is a luxury condominium of three units set high on the bluff in Swampscott, MA within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The building boasts detailed woodwork, state of the art insulation and very low maintenance building materials. The units are served by an elevator. Sarkis Development provided complete project management services to a repeat client from project inception to occupancy.
Rolling Green - Topsfield, MA
Set in an open meadow surrounded by wooded State Forest land just off Route 1 in Topsfield, Rolling Green will be an age restricted community of 30 units boasting safety, convenience and quality of design. each unit contains a first floor master suite and a one or two car garage on grade. Amenities include a central gathering pavilion, open space and walking trails.
In April of 2017 Sarkis Development Company completed permitting of the project and acquired the real estate. With a number of other matters on our plate, we chose to sell the property in June of 2017, as a fully permitted project, to a respected firm trusted to build out a quality neighborhood.
